Alcoaxarquía Levante sponsors the Sollana’s race of the popular Circuit Solidari El Corte Inglés Parc Natural de l’Albufera, a series of 10 races of about 10 km distance, which are held between February and October of this 2023, which takes place in the towns of Valencia (Castellar-Oliveral) and 9 other municipalities around the lake: Albal, Picassent, Sueca, Benifaió, Beniparrell, Almussafes, Sollana, Riola and Catarroja.
The circuit has a large participation of athletes, who like to practice their favorite sport due to the protected environment that is the Albufera Natural Park, declared as such in 1986.
From our subsidiary in Sollana we join the common objective of this trophy, which is to combine sport, solidarity and the environmental care. The NGO Banco de Alimentos participates in all the races, receiving food from runners, family members and fans, which is destined for those most in need.
The winners of each category were presented with a box of avocados, from our brand Sabor del Sur, and the second and third places with a basket of the same fruit.
