Last adjustments for the Senegal mango campaign

Last week we were in Senegal to finalize the preparations for the 2023 mango import campaign, which begins in approximately 15 days.

Borja Ruiz, Head of Imports, and Juan Becerra, Managing Director of the group, traveled to the producing areas in the north of this African country, to verify first-hand, together with local partners, the state of the harvest and the organoleptic properties of the fruit, with optimal results in both cases. Aspects such as packaging and logistics were also finalized, all already planned so that the Senegalese mango reaches the markets in the best conditions and according to the requirements of the distribution chain and consumers. We estimate a volume of 25 mango containers, Kent variety.
