We have already begun to market avocados of the Lamb Hass variety, grown in the Valencian Community and processed by Alcoaxarquía Levante in our plant in Sollana.
The product obtained in this campaign by Alcoaxarquía demonstrates the potential of this variety, which for a long time has not enjoyed the best reputation in terms of quality and yield. Nothing is further from reality. And it is that, contrary to what has been done up to now, we have made the harvest at the optimum moment, respecting the degree of maturity and organoleptic properties of the avocado; without precipitation. Subsequently, a successful ripening process has resulted in a quality product, ready to break into the market, satisfying the most demanding avocado consumers.
