A new edition of Fruit Logistica will take place from February 8 to 10, 2023. The first major event of the year for the agri-food market. Alcoaxarquía Group will be present for one more edition, with its own space, in hall 25, stand A-04, 55 square meters in an area of the fair that will bring together some of the most relevant Latin American countries in the sector.
Juan Becerra, Managing Director of the Alcoaxarquía Group, declares that “after the pandemic we have been through and its consequences in the sector, especially related to the supply chain and production costs, we are happy to return to Berlin, a strategic fair for us, due to the excellent position we have in the European market, including Germany, of course”.
In this edition, the company will give special prominence to its subsidiary Alcoaxarquía Perú, already consolidated in the group, whose production model is being replicated in other countries such as Mexico, Morocco or the Spanish Levant, in avocado and mango crops.
Among the novelties that will be brought to the fair is our own integrated digital control system, called AlcoNature, thanks to which we have managed to put avocados and mangoes on the market with uniform properties throughout the year, regardless of the country of origin . A protocol of natural production and quality control that we apply to all our production, which currently stands at 20,000 tons of avocado and 6,000 tons of mango.
